Nooooh... Oh my God, guys, a bit of composure. The review is honest. There are some opinions that are at least DISPUTABLE, but class is not water. And on the other hand, there are also those who commented seriously, you know, not just pizza and figs.

Well done, Ringo, as always. Another week of vacation, but damn it, once in a while when I have to give a compliment, I do: you are one of the best, always great choices. Good.

Ah, this reminds me of a due typo in Baby Trell's correction: it is indeed Smetana, but the piece is "Beta." Accattativillu.

Um, in what sense? I'm referring to a review about it... maybe on "Set", if not I'll definitely think about it later :)

Very interesting interpretation, which does not take away from the merits of this great album. It's easy to say: "Oh, how beautiful 'La Voce del Padrone,' how awful modern Battiato," but those who say this are mistaken, and badly so. Because fundamentally, Battiato is one of the very few who has always stayed at the top of his game, always able to churn out, even at the age of 60, works that are still interesting and always different. Well done, Grass, I agree that this could even be superior to "L'Imboscata"; certainly, it is denser musically and thematically speaking. Less immediate, but not therefore, of course, inferior. I mention again "Il Ballo del Potere," the master tree of the entire structure of the album, a piece that best aligns with that astute observation about the temporal meaning of the whole work. One curiosity: it is the only work, Gommalacca, for which Franco put a bit of effort into making music videos, unlike all the previous and subsequent ones (in an interview with Mollica, he clearly stated that all the video productions of his songs were always made with a very low budget due to their absolutely disengaged and playful nature): I therefore again highlight "Il Ballo del Potere," if you come across it, be sure to check it out.

Hey, finally, come on, after all that writing and rewriting, you got to this! I was waiting for it, not so much for the good Gabriel, but for the precious reference to the great Youssou, whose edition of Shakin'... from the previous "The Lion", 1989, is a true gem, so much so that I would love to finally see some reviews of that album on Debaser, or at least on one of his works (the masterpiece is, in my opinion, "Set"). Mariae', do you have anything?
