Dimmu Borgir In Sorte Diaboli

beautiful the review and decent the album, which is a blend of the power of death cult armageddon, the complexity of puritanical euphorical misanthropia, and the atmospheres of spiritual black dimensions

In my neck of the woods, Frederick Nietzsche was a philosopher, not a poet... and anyway, it doesn't really matter much, the only thing that counts is the quote in the cd's blooket.
Slipknot Slipknot
Voto:
not bad not bad... definitely the best review of this album, or one of the best. Slipknot start from a solid post-thrash-core foundation, adding some industrial and noise "gems." You're right that it doesn't have much nu, but it doesn't have much death or black either. Anyway, the madness in metal had already been explored, even within much more violent and original standards (see City by SYL)... anyway, good album for fans of the genre.

With this CD, I syl abandon that "philosophical" Eastern-futuristic sense of Heavy As A Really Heavy Thing and City...when will the review of the debut come out?
