Carmen Consoli Stato di Necessità
Voto:
Beautiful rec... it's just that if I have to choose, I prefer the angry Carmen from "confusa e felice." Her lyrics remain top-notch in all her works.

I agree with Hal, this record deserved a bit more discussion, and perhaps the review could have easily done without the hagiography in favor of a more "emotionally engaged" structure (I can't think of other terms)... This is a milestone in music, and it deserves to be treated a little better.

ok ok... I'm going... (in the meantime, I've downloaded something... I enjoy it :-) )

Mmm... I don't know them yet, but in a few days they're doing a show in my city. Should I hurry up and listen to them and then go see them?
Pixies Surfer Rosa
Voto:
But is this reunion story true???
(who cares if they're doing it for the money... I want to see them on stage!)
You're right about Cobain... he often declared himself an avid fan of the Pixies, and during the recording of Nevermind, the only album he allowed himself to listen to was Doolittle.

In the descriptive parts, the review is very good. Sallu, let's try to be objective... I find this album boring and monotonous, but I don't think it's appropriate to insult the reviewer for that.
Manowar Louder Than Hell

I don't know this album, I only own Hail to England and I find it boring... and for me, the lyrics are important... and those of Manowar... well... no comment (well written review anyway).

X kosmo: Thanks, I actually realize that it's not very easy to find (I had a lucky break finding a little bottle in a second-hand shop), but anyway, I think it's possible to order it online (the Cyclope website is down, so you have to search a bit).
X St: It’s impossible to compare the proposal of F.D.M. to that of Uzeda, they are musically too distant.
X i nani: Unfortunately, my scanner died a long time ago; otherwise, I would have sent you the cover... maybe I'll try to send some samples to compensate for the lack of information.
Vangelis Blade Runner OST

And how can I forget the wonderful performance of Daryl Hannah (is it spelled like that?)... truly heartbreaking... (anyway, I prefer the original version; the director's cut doesn't convince me), I'm discovering Vangelis now by listening to his early compositions with Aphrodite's Child (who had quite a success in the '70s even in Italy), the latter was a tip for purchases :)

Wherever I May Roam remains for me the most beautiful piece by 'tallica (purely personal opinion and driven primarily by emotional factors, mind you)... so a solid 5 for the album with the ugliest cover they've ever made.
