We were outside the new bar near Maffei, the one in the deconsecrated church, I can't remember the name. We were smoking a cigarette when we heard this huge crap from a group nearby... we laughed for 5 minutes.

Yes dear. You know they're going to build a casino instead of Gardaland? (Do you remember the gag?)

Matmos A Chance To Cut Is A Chance To Cure
Voto:
The album is nice, but I prefer The West (which you don’t even mention, chronologically between Almost-Object and this) and The Civil War. L.A.S.I.K. is fantastic, no comparison to the least successful one. It sounds like a duet between Throbbing Gristle and Orbital.
Electrelane Axes

In my opinion, among the three, "The Partisan" is the most mediocre. The others are all great.

the back cover is fantastic too. there’s more inspiration and creativity in this album than in the entire twenty-year discography of certain bands.
Mouse on Mars Glam

True, man. And then it’s not easy to stand out after just 3 seconds of listening in the world of electronics.

kosmo I would add among the influences neu!, neu! and then NEU!. just like all the hypnotic and constant kraut. should we talk about the country with the choir of voices from alpine star of "i keep losing heart"? oh my god I would marry all four of them. but why did you write the review? aaaaahhhhhhhhh. bad bad. now I can no longer declare my love for them. and they won't marry me.
Prodigy The Fat of The Land

this album is just a commercial gimmick, plain and simple. their classic? please... their classic is "music for the jilted generation," where digital tribalism combines with the visionary madness of the 3 kilos of drugs they used to take every day. here, though, there are only rap beats everywhere and cheap electronics. the only tracks worth saving are "narayan" and "climbatize."
