Nick, just try to memorize the combinations [alt] + number. For example, the e with the grave accent (è) is done by holding [alt] and typing 0232 on the numeric keypad. Hal, there is the lp version released by Constellation (October 1997) and the cd version released by Kranky (June 1998). The cd is a bit different.
