Emanuele, the review is good, but not very varied in terms of vocabulary. Plus, I don’t agree with your judgment as I’ve written; for these reasons, I would rate your review at 3.5 stars. I haven’t listened to the collection, but I know almost all the singles by Stansfield, which, as I mentioned, I don’t dislike at all. Welcome among the aliens! ;)

Nice voice, she had some great singles in the past, I quite liked the track with Coldcut and I don't find it at all convoluted; in fact, it's a nice and easy pop-funk... Maybe she's a bit snubbed now, maybe people have already forgotten her, but what can you do? Maybe she could still make her mark in this new wave of r'n'b-soul artists, or maybe not... After all, even Coldcut aren't what they used to be... Who knows...
