I arrived late, as often lately, but fortunately I got a tip about your review, my friend Zaireeka. The one in the black shirt was me; if you had called out to me, I would have offered you a Peroni :) Unfortunately, I saw the opening act, which was some ambient stuff done by the group's sound engineer on stage with another girl armed with a laptopā€¦ a deadly bore. My friends Fragment, who were supposed to kick things off, were instead boycotted by the headliners' management for unspecified reasons, which annoyed me a bit. Not to mention Fennesz's absence; I was really curious to see him... Anyway, I followed the Sparklehorse concert a bit on the sidelines, not that I knew their songs well; I was in that part of the audience that didnā€™t quite get it. Maybe next time.

I'm late to the party... so I wanted to share my thoughts as an electro fan about this record. I'm still in the early listens (aside from the single), and there are two tracks that are awesome. One is "all my friends," which really reminds me of the New Order sound, and "someone great" is also very refined. It's a crowd-pleasing and well-crafted album.
