Despite the undeniable radical chic poserism of the young lady here present, whom I didn’t know, I must say I liked the album. I appreciated the tracks with splashes of electronics (especially in the... gentle rhythms), as well as the more suspended, acoustic and electric ones that look to music from the past. I understood that you have a soft spot for these artsy snob singer-songwriters with not unfavorable feet, a preference I partly share (the names St. Vincent and Feist will surely ring a bell). Unfortunately, I know little, so you’ll definitely have to suggest me something else similar. Excellent.
P.S.: Compliments on the name (Lael Neale), it sounds like an anagram of "La Settimana Enigmistica" 😃
