Derek Jarman Blue (soundtrack)
Voto:
Personally, I have always found Jarman to be a very interesting director from a purely visual standpoint, but at the same time, excessively heavy and conceptual. Reading the excellent review, I ask myself a question: would an average reader, who is unaware of the infinite amount of references and citations present, understand anything at all?
Ahleuchatistas What You Will

Did they manage to sell about ten copies of this album among relatives and close acquaintances? :-)
Menomena I Am The Fun Blame Monster
Voto:
Personally, I didn't understand anything; it seems to me almost like coded communication for insiders.
Leftfield Rhythm and Stealth

Oh my, so few comments..
The Roots Illadelph Halflife

Can I share my opinion? For me, Public Enemy ended with "Fear Of A Black Planet".. Don't hold it against me! :-))
Pet Shop Boys Very

There’s still a review missing for "Introspective", get a move on! :-))
Afghan Whigs 1965
Voto:
They have always given me the impression that their goal is to transport the so-called Grunge "from the streets to the living rooms." I don't mind their more "dated" works, like "Gentleman." The rest, honestly, struggles to impress me much. Good review.
Spank Rock YoYoYoYoYoYo
Voto:
A beautiful album, definitely deserving of a much more in-depth review.. The music video for the single is truly a knockout! :-)
Poison The Well You Come Before You
Voto:
After some time, they remain one of the few groups from that genre that I still enjoy listening to, along with Mastodon, and a bit more inclined towards Metalcore, like Killswitch Engage and Shadows Fall.
