A great analysis, well-written and worth sharing in every expressed thought. I just can’t bring myself to hate this album, but its artistic inferiority compared to the others, all of them, including Combat and Give 'em (the other 3 are supermust), is disarming. Paradoxically, it’s titled "Basta con le stronzate," when it's the first mistake they make... This is E is nice, North & South is cute, a bit unusual for ours (or JS). We are the Clash is an attempt to scratch the surface, salvageable. But to be or not to be, that is the question. BUT WE LOVE THE CLASH.
