More references to DOP cheeses would not have harmed (Montasio, Asiago, Murazzano, Castelmagno), but it's good as is. Baglioni almost cheese-like, okay. The album in question is Parmiggiano 30 months. Great in every way, excellent on its own, also a healthy snack at school.
