Nice record with the two big pieces that everyone knows.
But Stockholm, Capofortuna and especially the Collection I find quite unpleasant. Much less than when filled. Pardon.

I know blueberry boat and I really like it...but I didn't get this. Is it true that from beginning to end the grandmother is speaking? :O

I've always wondered how the poor BB managed to get hired by the Iron. At the time, he wasn't exactly a professional, you know. Anyway, I've always liked BB.

Well, the best movie with Wolverine, and it really didn't take much. With such a cool character and an actor who fits the role perfectly, you would think they couldn't mess it up, but they've managed to churn out a series of increasingly terrible films (that Japanese one I only watched because it was based on a Miller comic was something to report).
In the end, what one wants to see from Wolverine is: a huge, super pissed-off beast taking on everyone. Instead, they always have to throw in the moral lesson :D
But I repeat, this is a decent film; too bad they've never nailed the formula to make Wolverine as spectacular as he deserves.

"To Pimp A Butterfly by Kendrick Lamar, which is one of the most important albums in the life of anyone who has listened to it."..well, I don't know if that's an exaggeration, but it's certainly the album that has touched me the most in recent years. I think no band in the last 10 years has released an album that made me become a fan. But with Kendrick, I must say that I really like everything (from the music to the sounds to the message). Thundercat is truly a beast on the bass, and that scene they are creating (if we can call it a scene, I don't know) is something that genuinely warms the heart.

more than anything, they seem like a European version of Gwar (rather than KISS)...

It was wonderful for me to be able to attend one of the last concerts of Black Sabbath in Italy a couple of years ago (too bad Bill wasn't there)... it was truly exciting and fun. How much I love the BS... I can only thank all four of them.

Legend Chuck! My favorite might still be Symbolic despite that beautiful gem Human (with the legendary Lack Of Comprehension) and the "bombastic" Leprosy (which I’ve always found strangely "cheerful"... could it be because of the orange CD? WHO KNOWS)

The progressive turn Control Denied (which I appreciate) though, I’m afraid would have led him into a cul de sac. I mean, how can you compare the emotion of Death (strange to talk about emotion for a Death Metal band) with the wankery of DT?
And he was also a great singer, whom I’ve always preferred with the nice round growl of pre "The Sound of Perseverance".

Wow, so many memories... in my metal days I remember a time when a guy stopped me on the street to compliment me on my T-Shirt. And it was a Death T-Shirt :D

Anyway, I was reading not long ago about how antisemitic and misogynistic Roald Dahl was, and that the Oompa-Loompas in the original were black dwarfs :\
