I’ll see him on Sunday in Mantua... let’s hope for the best :)
"old wise man" is a bit much though. :P

I like how you tell the stories of these characters.
Living in the present cannot be detached from curiosity and, when necessary, from admiration for the past.
It is true that in this approach to the myths of the past, there is an entire rhetoric that makes them unappealing.
But it’s also true that understanding how certain things we take for granted today were real revolutions back then helps to give a dimension to our present.
I’m fairly certain that a Charlie Parker back then was much scarier to the establishment than certain “rebels” today.
I’m also quite sure that the average number of escapades of our grandparents was higher than that of our generation, even though it was talked about less.

Always beautiful these pages. The reason why Deb is Deb.

Beautiful stories that make you want to run away from home.
From freedom and promiscuity, beautiful things are born; it is always nice for music to remind us of the thrill of freedom.

I adore Kendrick. For me, he's the rock star of the moment.
That said, in Italy, he probably hasn't sold even half of what Sferaebbasta sells, which is probably why he doesn't tour here.
As a rapper, I really like him, both for the themes he tackles and the way he expresses them. In To Pimp A Butterfly, he reminded me a lot of the good old Trent Reznor in Downward Spiral (I don't know why, but there you go), and that's where my love for him started.

What strikes me is that, considering the success of trap here in Italy, no one seems to care about him.
(PS I like Guè as a rapper, while Sferaebbasta, Gali, and Dark POLO [as rappers] bore me to death)

And let's be honest... these guys making rap. What a bunch of fucking pitchforkians!

As a Marvel film, I liked it very little (like all those that "introduce the character"). However, I've always liked Black Panther as a character, and maybe they'll make a great action movie (like The Winter Soldier) sooner or later.
Incredible soundtrack... the Kendrick videos taken from the film's songs are 200,000 times more on theme and more beautiful than the film itself.

Damn, even Saviano seems to be exaggerating...
I have to say that of the "trap rap" scene in Italy that reaches my ears, his productions are the ones I like the most. As a rapper, I’m not really a fan (even though I’m not a fan of Italian rap == I listen to it little and don’t know it that well, I used to like Guè Pequeno more back in the day, just to say) and the constant autotune has been annoying me for at least 5 years, but still, it doesn't bother me as much as, for example, the Dark Polo Gang or the absolute boredom of Sfera (which, hey, maybe everything is well done, but I just can’t get into it).

Oh my God, the band's name seems to me like one of the ten worst of all time (even if I didn’t know about the beer… which probably has the worst beer name ever :P). I don’t know them too well and it’s not that I dislike them, but I don't know... from what little I’ve heard, they reminded me of Amari but with more cunning lyrics. Oh well, I’m getting old, guys.

I heard today there's nothing scandalous about this record. Back then, I imagine that with the image of a socially engaged singer he had, it might have seemed worse than it actually was. In my opinion, there are many nice tracks.

Come on... was it Paola Tovaglia on the platform? :O
Hehe... I pleasantly agree with you regarding the POPX, but from what I've seen on YouTube and even live, they enjoy being terrible. It’s just that I don’t enjoy it myself.
Well, anyway, maybe these really were the years for making bad music. In two years, I expect a return of the ten-part suite with lyrics inspired by Rabelais' Pantagruel.
