Did anyone know that Paola Tovaglia voiced Milly from the cartoon Milly day by day? No, huh :D

- METHODOLOGICAL OBJECTION:
Eh well but if you've never seen Pop X live, you can't understand.
But what. [a list of reasons why Pop X are not the Butthole Surfers, but not even like the Butthole Surfers] Therefore, the argument stands as it would if you were spreading around a naked photo of yourself at zero centimeters, but there were still people willing to swear that every new moon, a corrugated Ø 50 mm bastard below the knee would periscope out of your bladder. You would be right not to take this photo, because no one would like to see it, and you would end up humiliated, given that the anti body shaming policy does not apply to micropenises, perhaps rightly, perhaps wrongly.
The metaphor was not necessary: if the album is a pale testimony of an otherwise vivid ballroom animator activity, damn don’t do it.
TWO PROPOSITIONS:
- IT'S NOT FUN TO HEAR THE MUSINGS OF A BUNCH OF HIGH PEOPLE IF YOU'RE SOBER AND NOT THEIR FRIEND
It's even less fun to enter a room where the night before somebody high had loads of fun, which is what this record sounds like.
«It really sucked for me. You can tell it was written in a hit, and a heavy hit. It's like a summary of a life exposed in a pine grove at 8:00 AM while you wait to be able to drive. Except when you read it, you are able to drive, so you take the car and go buy a decent book.»
puntiniCAZpuntini on The Subterraneans by Jack Kerouac, something like eight years ago
- IF YOU ARE HIGH, YOU HAVE FUN ANYWAY EVEN IF YOUR FRIENDS ARE SOBER SOCIOLOGISTS TALKING ABOUT INFLUENCERS
So the album remains useless because you could have done it too and more fun, for you and your friends.
But the record is called Musica Per Noi so the inside jokes are declared.
Ah well, let's say it's good. Uncle, it’s always the same story: if it’s for you and your friends, burn ten copies and find yourself a serious job like everyone else.
THE POETICS OF PANIZZA
Assonances and the breakdown of logical connections on frameworks of storytelling or textual topoi of the Italian pop song. Swear words: fuck, dicks, whore, negro, fag.
References to the musical scene of Mediterranean Italy, in the form of aping and landfill accumulation, not dissing.
This is the poetics of the guy in American Apparel on the cover.
THE MUSIC
The Paps'n'Skar. Tonight the moon will bring us luck. 'Member?
They Might Be Giants but without the songs, just the silly sounds.
THE REASONS FOR MY BITTERNESS
I’m forced to find a serious job to get by. I’m sober.
THE REASONS TO DEFEND THIS ALBUM
They are the same reasons to defend the first album of Elio e le Storie Tese, if you think for a moment. See, they are similar. It's just that here the outcome is even less funny, even more annoying because Pop X, rather than trying to make a generic audience laugh with jokes, tend to re-propose the same joke that only a precise audience of initiates can find funny and irreverent. Or pretending to do so, because at some point come on, when uncle after the coffee shot gets up shakily flushed to tell the usual joke about the dog and the negro hit on the highway, laughing feels a bit dirty.

But come on, the other voice is Paola Tovaglia? Then listening to this song will be a way to remember her. Bye, Paola!

when I was 15 I listened and re-listened to the song trying to understand as many words as possible... there was no internet to download the lyrics... listening from a cassette copied from a cassette copied from a cassette... all with a very old tape recorder....today I understand the luck I had to live those moments, thanks to genius artists....today all your technical perfection, dear bimbiminkia, you unfold it to listen to justin bieber....

The initial vocalization (eeeappappeppoe) was later used in the theme song of "Mai dire TV," which however, according to the ending credits of the show, was created by the nonexistent group "Malloreddus."

This song has always disgusted me, nauseating. How could Elio have thought of such lyrics. It’s not funny, it makes you vomit

I love this song so much, but, in my opinion, at the end, after Enzo's character says goodbye to Elio, they should have kept the slow rhythm that was there for the entire rest of the song. Granted, at that time, no one could know that the great Paola Tovaglia, whom I remembered as the host of "Ciao Ciao," would sadly leave us in 1994, with indifference from the media, unlike her colleagues from "Ciao Ciao" who, rightfully, dedicated a five-minute special to her, but, in my opinion, the song should have stayed with the beautiful slow rhythm, highlighting not only the nostalgia of the mythical 80s but also to remember Paola Tovaglia.

yes yes... also that part of the song where there is a reverse phrase and also the various backwards verses, trying to decipher them going back and forth in the tape. This Platform is a real bomb, sweet, terrible, tragic, all sung and set to music as only they could do.
