Sparse review, say one line per song, and then throw in three. And above all, "The best are," at least put in a second opinion.

The very first English metal of the NWOBHM. An essential band for anyone who revels in Hard Rock/Heavy Metal!

Could it be that the Riot have had little success due to the covers? The quality of the album is indeed inversely proportional to the horrible cover it features!

I'm curious too, practically everyone who is truly passionate about Heavy/Power music has described it to me as a total album. I'll satisfy this curiosity as soon as possible! And anyway, great review, it's an enjoyable read! I'm giving the album a 5 out of trust!

"You are so true that I just pooped."

Exactly, I said "you WHO DISPARAGE THIS ALBUM," the message is aimed at those who say that this album is boring, that there's nothing new, that it's the same old stuff. I never said that Maiden are niche and that nobody knows them, I never said that and I will never say it, of course not. However, the concept of "knowing them" is very subjective; there are people who claim to know them well just because they’ve listened to one or two albums, and believe me, there are plenty of people like that. In fact, those who really listen to the entire discography are unlikely to look down on them like those who keep saying they are overrated, that they suck, etc.

RIDICULOUS! That's what I think of you who denigrate an album like this. The truth is: you don't even know what you want. If a band releases 3 albums, they suck because they didn't last long. If they release 14, they've worn out their welcome. If a band puts out one decent album out of 10, they suck; if they produce 7 masterpieces, three excellent albums, and the rest range from vomit to decent, they’re overrated. If they "play the same song for thirty years," they’re repetitive; if they change, they’re no longer the same. Curiosity: how many times have you listened to ALL the Maiden albums to make such stupid comments? I bet most of you have listened to one, maybe two albums at most, and perhaps only once. Ridiculous, I repeat, ridiculous.
Going back to the review, I'd say it's too vague; in the end, it doesn't say anything and seems written just to give credit to Maiden.

HOLDSWORTH... yes, of course Johnson is overrated... said like that, without any motivation, your statement is really pointless...

As for the review... oh right, where is it?

Obviously, if we hate Malmsteen, it's out of envy. Just to bring up a TRUE sacred monster, Satriani may not reach the speed of the Swedish tubby, but he has a taste and compositional ability from another planet. Nice review, you deserve credit for not extreme in considering Malmsteen a god of the guitar nor viewing him as a steaming pile of shit.

St. Anger is steaming crap. Period. Any review that exceeds two stars must have something seriously wrong with it. In fact, a lot. In fact, it sucks from the start, but I read it anyway out of scruple.

It's also ridiculous that people complain about yet another review of this album. I published the first review on Thundersteel, an album that is quite known to those who venture a bit into the world of metal, and there are few comments and ratings. So, stop whining and come up with other excuses.
