Since many of you have accused me of being a poser, I decided to review, as my second review, an album by a group unknown to most, but that every true metalhead must know: END OF ALL DAYS by the legendary RAGE!!!!!!!! Rage is a band of German metalheads who play power metal, and "End Of All Days" is certainly their masterpiece!!! The genre they play is fast and never tiring, the melodies are so catchy that you find yourself humming them in your mind even on the street. The best songs on this album are:
1) "Fading Hours" (THE metal ballad!!!!!! Moving and heart-wrenching)
2) "Higher Than the Sky" (the incredibly catchy and never tiring song that you might end up humming in your mind)
3) "End of All Days" (a song that talks about the singer's autistic incident where his girlfriend dies. Even though it has some really heavy moments, it is also a very moving song)
Therefore, Rage, in this album, manages to truly move with very emotional pieces and other faster and heavier ones. For example, the opening track: Under Control, which, when you listen to it at full volume, makes you want to mosh.
In short, listen to and love this album, and may METAL be with you.
