Thee Jones Bones Electric Babyland

These are the covers I like, too bad that the one for Electric Ladyland was changed. Boobs will save the world, they are now the only hope. More boobs for everyone.
Roberto Giacobbo 2012: la fine del mondo?

even though in reality everyone knows that stars and planets don't exist, they are just an invention of astrologers to sell more horoscopes

@ EMI, OK you're right, I hadn't noticed it. I apologize to the Punisher.

It seemed fun to me; sometimes people just want to get a little lost in special effects, monsters, and bombs, and pum pum pum. Not everyone can always be thinking about Kafka. Then the Clash song included is "Should I Say or Should I Go," which, well, has nothing to do with ideological battles against the system—just pure fun and carefree vibes, like the movie, so it fit perfectly.
Black Sabbath Vol. 4
Voto:
Album with highs (many) and lows (few). FX indeed feels a bit like filler. Under the Sun partially reuses the riff and also the rhythm from Flight Of The Rat by Deep Purple, and they could have avoided that. For the rest, great album with timeless tracks like Wheels Of Confusion, Changes, Supernaut, and Snowblind. I'm torn between a 4, a 3, and a 5; let’s go with 5.

No, sorry, I'm dying here, I mean calling a citationist to another is just too funny... I mean him going on for years with Keynes, Céline, Kant passing you... and pussy pussy woof woof. What a pain in the ass!
Jethro Tull Aqualung

There must be something magical about this record, because every time I listen to it, it seems even better. The title track alone contains a good 50% of the rock from that era. Then there's My God, Locomotive Breath, Cross Eyed Mary, Wind Up... A band that's hard to label, a bit prog, a bit folk, a bit hard rock, and a little bit of so much else, without predefined boundaries. In short, Music.
Dark Tranquillity We Are The Void

...we are the void, we are the children...isn't that it?
Guns N' Roses The Spaghetti Incident?

The best part is the Dead Boys' cover; Slash is spectacular in the intro, it's a pity that the rest of the album is a bit of a letdown. I'm getting organized with a scanning electron microscope for the review, then I'll let you know.
