In fact, I absolutely abhor it. 1) because I care about hard rock, and a lot; 2) because MGMT are an excellent band, not just brrr; 3) because I couldn't care less about pitchfork and its trendiness; 4) because it doesn't seem to me that they are the classic indie-snob band. The Black Angels? great Elevators under Tavor.

one of the few bands around that make intelligent hard rock, infused with psychedelia and the right amount of good vibrations. No bullshit, the BM rock. It’s no coincidence that they are signed to Jagjaguwar, a guarantee of quality. And I’m definitely going to see them live. Obviously, I don’t agree with a single word of the review. @NES: I also like the second one.

Great review, I agree with your assessment of the album, which ultimately got tiring for me too. "Jesus..." is THE SONG of Ministry. What a hit. I’m going to play it again, just to torment my beloved neighbor a bit ;)

Oh, finally a review of something I really like! I agree completely, I also loved, during this summer of Calabrian holidays, the sound of TI. Nice psychedelic pop vibe, a really great album. Congrats on the review and the recommendation.
