A group with incredible (and sadly unexpressed) potential, they could have been absolute number ones, but after "Source..." (a masterpiece), something broke. So: enormous regret. Certainly, giving up the hardcore influences à la Dischord Records in favor of greater grandiosity did not help them at all, but to compare them to those insipid assholes, Muse, is quite a leap. Therefore: great recommendation, mediocre review.

Beautiful album, like all of Matranga's. Emotional outpouring, genuine artist. I don't agree with your assessment of his voice; I think he has a really nice vocal quality. Thanks for the tip, I thought I was the only one who knew him in Italy. By the way, if you feel like it, check out my review of the good Jonah's latest solo album. Recently, he reformed Far, the album is not bad, but that's another story. However, the review didn't blow me away; you could have done a little more...

Dearest pinhead, perhaps there was a misunderstanding: for me GAZ is all the good low-fi music, from the good old Boo Diddley through the Oblivians swerving towards the Fuzztones, stretching over the Creeps and circumnavigating Radio Birdman, until I drop by to see those yellow mugs of the Teengenerate. All the good old rock'n'roll, dirty blues, sixties garage, punk, lo-fi...everything is GAZ. So this is one hell of a GAZ review. I don’t know them, but reading the references made me all giddy. Stuff I absolutely need to get my hands on...thanks, filthy brother ;)
