An interesting report, as far as I’m concerned. I disagree with the first paragraph: among what MTV covers today, there is neither shoegaze, nor new wave, nor indie rock that deserves such labels, only something glossy passed off as such. There was a time, in the early nineties, when certain music was almost mainstream, but today all hope is lost. Of course, there are people who go on DeBaser to define My Chemical Romance as the future of rock, having evolved surprisingly since their initial coverage – and I’m not referring to you, skilled reviewer – and so fine, MTV is also interested in some more niche music trends. The album can still be found without too much difficulty on Amazon.

The choice to pair "Un povero emigrante" with the adventures of good Pasquale Ametrano is pure genius. One could have written the other, and vice versa. As for the rest of the soundtrack, nothing to say, impeccable. From the opening credits to the folk march. I found the review a bit heavy-handed, but an extra point for the revival will bring everything back to the top.

The video of "Hurt so Bad" (https://www.debaser.it/main/Video.aspx?y=TNwcZ9FjpXM&feature=related) is at least as absurd as your writing. Brilliant and hilarious, really not bad at all.

Goodness, if Phil Spector invented the "wall of sound," you have invented the "wall of minchiate." Your personal technique for producing reviews of cultured and engaged literature hones its peculiarities with this very interesting piece destined to soon become the subject of prints as well as yet another brick in your complete works (the "wall of minchiate," indeed).
