Cypress Hill III Temples Of Boom

It's true, Axel, it can be a shareable vision; I don't set the standard because I've always loved Cypress, but especially with the funk debut, I've always found it a bit hard to handle myself. Black Sunday is a very good album, sure, a bit complicated, and perhaps too heavy in its productions (should we talk about how much Muggs laid it down with the low frequencies on that record?!). Temples of Boom, IV, and Muggs' solo project Soul Assassins Chapter 2 are definitely the high peaks of their rich discography. Then again, you can't fault them; with Spanish reissues, nu-metal stuff, live albums, greatest hits, etc., they’ve sort of lost their way with occasionally a bit boring albums.

Gza is definitely among the most talented in the collective, but to describe it as the best hip hop album in history is another story.
