Well, I believe that in German, Traum means dream, while the Italian trauma is translated into German as "Trauma." Therefore, factory of trauma would be "Traumafabrik," and not "Traumfabrik," which in Italian should be translated as factory of the dream. At least, I think so. Anyway, it doesn’t matter much.
