Ostia, what a mess I find myself in. I don’t know, actually I have nothing sensible to say. +1

In my opinion... there are some genres missing. The Viking genre, for example.

The new one by Crash Of Rhinos is a real gem; I saw them live, I believe, in 2009 at Dauntaun with FBYC, and I really liked them a lot.

@Bartle: Let's say that everything you said is true; however, it's worth considering that the EITS have never been a group that sought out specific sounds or paid particular attention to form. What has always set them apart is their desire to go straight to the listener's heart, unlike many other post-rock groups and the like that aim more for the head. Let's say they always play on simplicity, which is their trademark; the more malicious might say they are simply derivative like a backside and do the same things over and over. @Ole: As for the encore, I honestly didn't care much; the setlist was already perfect as it was, and they closed in an equally perfect way. In my opinion, an encore would have been "false" (forgive me the term). Perhaps they can be criticized for having played only a short 1 hour and 20, while for example, Godspeed played a good hour longer. But even they didn't do an encore, and no one complained; on the contrary, they left without even a word. :D

When it comes to new releases, totally in a different genre, I'm really into the new one from And So I Watch You From Afar, which is absolutely amazing. I've also heard the new song from Gojira featuring Devin Townsend (!) and the one from Mesasciuga, Fredrik Thordendal, and it sounds very promising.

Has something new come out from MDB and I didn't even know it? I guess it shows that I'm really drifting away from certain things...

It's not me who's lagging, it's you sending messages at the wrong time! You sent me the last message for the last Demeeting when I was already on my way to the Magnolia :D

As for Dario's PS in comment 3: Well, I like to say that I write when I feel like writing and when I feel I have something to say; otherwise, I avoid it and wait for someone else to feel these things. :D
