I have listened to several vinyl records by Area (my father's), but this is the only one I appreciate from start to finish (in fact, I made myself a CD). I believe that in their great innovation they have unfortunately fallen into what is the cancer of every cultural revolution: forced anti-conformism. So often in many other albums they found themselves doing things not very recommendable, furthermore ruining a series of beautiful tracks. However, this Crac! is beautiful all the way through.

I don't love ALLAN's entire discography. But this album... Beautiful review
AC/DC High Voltage
Voto:
AC/DC have songs that resemble each other in structure, style, sounds, and more, but two tracks are considered the same (or similar) only if they are the same (similar) in melody. And I don't think that's the case. Their greatness lies in the ability to create many different works that are still unmistakably recognizable. We hear just 2 notes on the radio and we immediately know it's AC/DC!

If I really have to choose a less beautiful album between "FOTS" and "FOTW" (I don't see why I should), I would lean towards the second one.

Don't touch Brian though. Bon has a very particular type of voice and besides, he's a great performer. However, I believe the power of the new AC/DC is also due to their new singer.
AC/DC For Those About To Rock (We Salute You)

It seems that in the first part of the review you belong to the category of those who don't like the album. Your exact words: "Many indeed point to this album as the beginning of the decline, which fortunately was interrupted after only 3 disappointing albums." However, fortunately, you clarify that you don’t think that way.

It's true the review is brief, but thank goodness someone is talking about this album. It may not be the best, but it contains plenty of nice tracks (see "Send for the man" and "Sink the pink"). And then the riff of "Fly on the wall" is exceptional.
