I think you understood very little of my speech. I simply said that I would never write a review of this book; that does not prevent Hellring from doing so, indeed, he can write twenty more if he wants, and he can write about whatever he likes, just as I will. My comment was merely a personal observation, stemming from my respect and a sort of shame I have regarding certain things which, in my opinion, the more you talk about, the more they get ruined, trivialized, normalized. Who is stopping you from discussing it? Go ahead. Then you created an unnecessary controversy that has nothing to do with my observation, so I don't know what to tell you... carry on, if you like.

@Zaireka: I don't know, I only have the first Linkous, I can't give you an answer. If you want, I can send you the download link, and then you can let me know :) @Cimmino: the next EP will be a collaboration with Diaframma, did you know? @Geb: you mean Bartle :) And anyway, yes, you can fart, in fact I'll join you: PROOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOT. Thanks everyone!

@Flo: :* @Rev: you know, I can't find that photo anymore? If you could send it to me again.. @Alex: forget it, I've been stuck with acoustic guitars for over a year now. Since Thee, Stranded Horse there hasn’t been any rest :) A little while ago I also discovered another French guy who really knows his way around the guitar: Flowers From The Man Who Shot Your Cousin. Review coming soon.

I meant to say always objectivity the first time, huh.

Ahhh, this subjectivity. Honestly, I don't really care much about objectivity. It's practically impossible to be objective, and I don't know about you, but when I try to become objective, I become more boring than usual. :)

You had talked to me about it and I even tried to write it, but nothing came out, so I gave up. If only you knew how many things I would like to review and then I can't even jot down a line. I don’t know, maybe one day something will come to me.. Which makes me think, it's all a subjective discussion. Maybe for Hellring "La Casa In Collina" is just a nice book, and that’s it (I don't know, I'm just speculating), so he had no trouble writing something about it, just like we all did when reviewing something we like. But for me, I have books and albums that are beyond a certain limit, and above that limit, I personally hold back due to a kind of modesty, out of respect. I don’t know..

I hope so too, but to talk about a book like La Casa In Collina is still to diminish it, whether the review is written by Hellring or anyone else. Then discussing it critically, describing, judging, for me is a crime. I would never review Leonardo Da Vinci, also because what do you want to review? What is there to say that hasn’t already been said and repeated? Either you fall into a strict and pure review, and you end up emulating the high school book, or you abstract it, you make a generic discourse, you write a free review. Here’s the thing, I could never do a free review (which is then the typical one of Debaser, thank God) on certain things. Is that a limitation? :)
