Thanks again to everyone present. It seems to me that everyone loves Bone Machine a hell of a lot, great! You make me happy :) Yes, let's say this Waits is a bit more conventional, while the one from Bone is just a hysterical madman... just look at the album photos :D I've always seen these two albums as the two sides of the same coin, that is, the Waits of the Nineties, which I personally adore. For those who, listening to something from this period of ours, found it a bit indigestible or too quirky for their tastes, I recommend checking out some of the early albums: Closing Time, The Heart of Saturday Night, Blue Valentine... that's where you'll find the more classically singer-songwriter Waits.

Oh, I almost forgot, for those who may not know Waits too well: "I didn't marry a man, I married a mule" is not something I made up, but a phrase said by his wife Kathleen Brennan that amused Waits so much he used it for the album title :)
