But the one on the cover is the master bedroom of the Élysée???

I remember, for example (just to mention one of their famous tracks), "Come on Rock" (although I can't recall if it was written like that, or in a more slang way "C'mon"). I remember it as a song not too distant from the early Riot and a certain 80s power sound. I also recall some tracks in this album that are quite good (even if they don't hold a candle to what they had done before). Then, in the context of those years, the jumpsuits were only a marginal aspect: yesterday I happened to see Gary Cerrone in a photo from the early days of Extreme and I honestly can't stop laughing, but even the spandex of Ratt or Poison are no joke (and when did Axl Roses, in his early days, tease his hair like Chaka Kahn?).

Alright Peachtree. Tomorrow there's a market in my town, and I'm sure that at some stall I'll find Stockhausen's "Hymnen" and Coltrane's entire discography.

How nice to see Rush on DeBaser! Well done! This is one of my favorite albums of theirs; even though it leans towards the song format, it retains a wonderfully enjoyable progressive flavor. "Losing It" is a remarkable track, while I could never stop listening to "Subdivisions."

In my opinion, this is not their best work. At their best, theirs was a hard rock sound played (and sung) divinely (which, speaking of christian rock... ;-) ). If they have to randomly throw in "1" just because they had a certain image... is it possible that music no longer matters?

I love their sudden accelerations and their melodies. This album is a masterpiece.

My favorite streaming radio was just playing "La petite fille de la Mer" when, fiddling with the "random reviews," I found myself here. You know, I almost got emotional?

It's a very intense album, but musically it has always somewhat disappointed me... it's as if one must speak well of this band at all costs. I would have expected a bit more originality in terms of sounds, not just meaningful lyrics (which are a bit cliché... especially for the times).

Rock is POPULAR, so for those who want, it can also be flashy. Otherwise, we would go listen to concerts at La Scala. Well done, Kiss!!!
Celtic Frost Into The Pandemonium

What a beautiful legacy the metal of the 80s is! This album is a concentrate of great inspiration and an open-mindedness to every sound experience ("Mesmerized" which sounds a bit new wave, "I won't dance" which really has something in common with a pagan dance, and if Baudelaire could have set "Tristesses de la Lune" to music himself, he would have done it just like it sounds on this album). I don’t think that in the following decades metal aimed to follow the profoundly visionary spirit of these grooves (although there have been far too many imitators of "Into the Pandemonium").
