A beautiful review of an extraordinary film based on a beautiful book. I quote: "The most beautiful and evocative shots belong to the first part of the film." True, but I would also add the scene where the ocean nullifies gravity in the library where the protagonist and the "wife" have taken refuge (and fallen asleep). It moved me so much I could hardly believe it.
Celtic Frost Morbid Tales

Great review for a very enjoyable album. One curiosity: Martin Eric Ain, the bassist, is also the creator of the logo and the symbol featured on the cover.

An album of great freshness. "Sara nel sole" remains my favorite... do you think Sara was a commuter of the Ferrovie Nord Milano?

Great job (valid for both the group and the reviewer)! I would add the Rotary Connection to the list of multicultural and mixed groups that debuted in 1967.

Agitation Free are a guarantee. Perhaps you travel a bit more with Malesch, but this too is a great listen. Here comes that nostalgic phase again...
Rush Moving Pictures

Even though the album I love the most by Rush is "Caress of Steel" (simply because it was the first one I bought, pretty much sight unseen, twenty-two years ago), I have always found Moving Pictures to be a remarkable artistic achievement. Rush knew how to inject an intelligent dose of new wave influences into their hard-progressive sound, creating a work that seems like the perfect square for the pop-rock landscape of that period (in this regard, the last track, Vital Signs, is crucial for me). By the way, I just finished watching "Beyond the Lighted Stage," the latest documentary film about the Canadian band, and I’m back into a fixation with the band again. HELP!!!
Werner Herzog La Ballata di Stroszek

In my opinion, it foreshadows certain things of Lynch. Herzog's films - at least up to Fitzcarraldo - should be declared a heritage of humanity!

This is a true lady! Yosif: give us a review of Minnie, as I’m just discovering her in this sweltering summer (and by the way: I finally understood who the Minnie was that Kate Bush mentioned multiple times in her song "Blow Away").
Adriano Celentano Joan Lui
Voto:
I won't even bother to rate the film, but honestly, I'm also disappointed with the review. The story that "Joan Lui" would have been passed off as a bad film because it disturbs right-thinking practicing Catholics, when the same Celentano is a practicing Catholic anti-communist - and he clearly demonstrates this in all the films where he also directs - I just can't agree with that.

I really like this cover...
