Tamara De Lempicka Maternità

The painting is not bad, but I (prefacing that I don't know the artist) would give it a completely different interpretation. To me, the woman seems distant and almost annoyed with what she’s doing, which aligns with the overall sense of coldness, apathy, and "plasticity"/artificiality that the painting conveys. Therefore, I see the painting as something provocative or at least critical in relation to the title, or expressing a completely different side of motherhood (after all, many women suffer from postpartum depression, and this painting, for example, evokes thoughts in that direction).

I've started this a couple of times but it has never grabbed me. Sooner or later I'll read it when I feel ready :) Anyway, I liked the review.

Sooner or later I really have to start listening to them seriously; along with Porcupine Tree, they're those bands that, even though I like them, I still haven't managed to make my own :(

Indeed, the cover is very beautiful; you must have really liked the album since you even set it as your avatar! :) I'm still stuck on Alcest in that genre, which I've only just learned to appreciate; at first, they didn't say anything to me, but now that I've managed to "get them," they're really good.

And anyway, this one is also beautiful; in my opinion, the first three are unbeatable.

to give less than 5 to any Mr. Bungle album is to commit a crime against humanity!
Skinny Puppy HanDover

Radiohead The Bends

Wow, the first review (perhaps)! The ratings obviously can't ignore the historical-emotional value :D
