It doesn’t bother me at all, I would pay to see the scudetto on Salernitana's jerseys! I’m just saying that you can win by spending a lot less. That’s the point. I don’t think I’m saying something ridiculous. You can’t bring home ribbons upon ribbons without managing to make that crucial leap in quality (and this, you being a Parma fan should understand, since you haven’t brought home any scudetti but European cups you have. The trophies you’ve had, Moratti can only dream of!). Maicon is overrated and it doesn’t take much to see that (Santon is definitely better, not by chance a product of the youth academy), he's a player who relies solely on his physicality. He lacks many defensive fundamentals and with decent pressing he’s unable to produce anything. Winning isn’t important, in fact it can even be counterproductive. Sure, it’s undeniably nice, but bringing home trophy after trophy wouldn’t excite me. I want to have fun, even if it means losing. The result doesn’t matter to me. I root for the team regardless of the outcomes and the category (there are those who have seen Salernitana in the Third Division, all the fanbases in Italy would give their all for such a show of affection!). Those who cheer for the big club or expect to imitate its glories can’t understand reasoning like Zeman’s, which I absolutely believe in. There are those who don’t think about winning but about exciting the public, achieving much better results than those who demand success at any cost (want a current example? Bari under Ventura, with a coach who wins and plays well without making any proclamations).

They win the league title and do nothing in Europe where what matters is gameplay, not just having the strongest team (but Abramovich hasn’t figured that out yet, just like Moratti). It’s not just Inter, since everyone squanders money hoping to beat Inter, only to make loud fools of themselves with squads that are ten times weaker in terms of players but a hundred times better in the gameplay and personality (Chievo, Cagliari, and Bari). I repeat, you can spend much less and win much more. It’s enough to work on youth development by selling many so-called phenoms of Italian football (one name for all: Maicon, one of the most overrated players ever to step onto a football field).

From an interview with Totti in Repubblica: "Who taught you the most in life and on the field?
"My family, then Zeman and Mazzone. I got along well with Capello and Spalletti, I liked Prandelli even though he only stayed with us for a month, I had a terrible time with Carlos Bianchi. He was furious with Rome and the Romans, wanted to get rid of me. Luckily, I’m still here."
Carlos Bianchi arrived in Rome in the '96-'97 season and they were selling him. Everyone says Totti owes everything to Mazzone... I wonder why he put him below the Bohemian. Who was coaching Roma in the '97-'98 season? It's up to you to answer. And you fancy yourselves football connoisseurs? Zeman isn't a great coach? You deserve national team players who are shoemakers and great clubs sinking under the blows of small teams. It takes humility to play and understand football, but you've never seen that. You have to buy players with 10 million in wages to believe in winning, when you could spend 10 times less and form 11 kids from the youth academy. Barcelona model? When has that ever been! Who do you think the directors of Barcelona learned from? From Lodigiani, from a parish team. Once there were great youth academies... now there are 50 million fools who think they can win with 11 foreigners... don't worry, players deserve consideration only when they are in the big clubs. Keep thinking that way, you’re in the right, I recommend it.

A brilliant guitarist, considered less than he deserves. A very good album.

The only one of the Naked City that I’m missing, I must be honest. In the meantime, it received a good review.

The historical value of Venom is undeniable, a seminal and trailblazing group. Probably, listening to them today, they may come across as a bit cheesy and not as skilled compared to other bands of the era, making comparisons (for example, with the aforementioned Celtic Frost).

It's not Bob's spiritual testament, undoubtedly, but it's not this masterpiece either. It's not a new "Exodus," in my opinion. It's an album with a few noteworthy moments, but they're not as evolved as they seem in the review. "Could You Be Loved" and "Redemption Song" raise the album to an overall 4.

It could also be, huh. I don’t rule anything out. Finding one of their albums shouldn’t be too hard, and it’s not like it causes me any major issues.

I had seen them in concert about a year ago, but they hadn't said anything to me. I could listen to them again.

Couldn’t a little link be put? Don’t they have a Maispeis?
