Honestly, they had talked to me about it but I hadn't looked into it deeply. Maybe this time I'll listen.

Fortunately, I know this and I have to quote your words.

A decent review. I was definitely expecting better from the album; I found a few good ideas but nothing more. It's clear that he's not really suited for songwriting.

Great review. The album disappointed me a bit. I definitely expected better; I got this impression already from Sanremo.

A good review, we await contrary opinions (about the album, that is).

Nice proposal and good summary

I received it discreetly, I didn't like it that much.

I thank you for the comments and I am glad that there is a point of discussion on which I feel I can intervene. I will not write about the lofty names of literature (a personal favorite of mine, Hemingway). I don’t do it because I probably wouldn’t be able to. Then good old Fedor (to be friendly) even less so. Perhaps CJBS is right when he talks about the reviewer in general; there is much to say on this point as well. However, I would like to make a consideration: on Debaser we have seen albums and films of every kind reviewed, ranging from complete junk to Bach. We all know the genius of the latter mentioned name; in ancient Greece, he would be referred to as an Artist protected by the Muses. Writers were also protected, not by chance did they turn to them before their writings: “Sing, O Muse, the rage of Achilles, son of Peleus,” the historic opening of Homer's Iliad, to mention one. Returning to Bach, someone has written about him and he has also been appreciated (for example, Grasshopper wrote about him more than once and received considerable acclaim), so in my opinion, we can write about immortal masterpieces, whether in Literature or Music. The important thing is that it is done with a certain approach that, in my opinion, only a few can afford. On Debaser, it is possible to write about films, albums, and many things. It is clearly a cultural vehicle, free and available for anyone who wishes. Transitioning to writing about books is an important step for the site, for its readers, and for those who contribute. It can be a situation to improve and deepen one’s knowledge, just as it was valued in the musical field.

A good review. I had the record, I believe I still own it. In any case, I haven't listened to it in a long time, so I don't express a judgment.

Good job, Grant, but you won't manage to get me to listen. I just can't stomach them, I'm sorry. Since I haven't listened to the album, I don't intend to give out free ratings.
