As much as you invoke canonicity, you have managed to overturn it and present us with an original reception. I really enjoyed reading you.

Welcome back. P.S. Best wishes Salvatò!

I thank those who commented and apologize to everyone (commentators and readers) for the review, probably decent but not very well executed. Let's say I was definitely below par. @Ole, I wouldn't know how to make particular comparisons. About the concert at Liò? I’m not sure if I’ll come, I’ll probably decide tomorrow morning.

I quote Don on the evaluation, also because it opens up comparisons that can lead to underestimating the quality of a subsequent album (if applicable). Here we have a reviewer of great value, so I immediately start my search.

If you say this isn’t their best album and still give it 5 stars, then they must have produced some immense masterpieces.

In the first part, I had a good laugh, then you really went in with some strong blows. Very tough! A targeted and decisive critique; it’s clear you didn’t like it. Too bad, because we all know Garbanek's worth.

For a record with a goofy vibe, a goofy review was needed! I'm listening to it, and it seems decent. I'll pass by later for the rating of the album.

Some electronic cues I appreciate, from how you've described them they seem really strange. It’s better to listen.

The reflections on an event like this are many, but I would like to emphasize one: fighting the mafia is not political rhetoric; it is the duty of a state worthy of being called such. This is my modest opinion. Peppino Impastato is an Italian story; his "luck" lies in the fact that it has come to light and shaken the collective memory. Unfortunately, many others have had a sense of the State but have ended up in oblivion, which is very serious and should make us ashamed. The mafia is not defeated with representation and with customary phrases at funerals: it is fought every day, even in the small choices of life (which can sometimes come at a high cost).

The greatest band of the '70s maybe not, but they are definitely great.
