Planet Arrakis (ST).
Very good Hell in this review with a (so to speak) 'tentacular' taste because it aligns with the genres of music proposed.
I agree with Jargon, because in my opinion, over time this group (still in shape) often reintroduces 'structures' that have already been widely heard in previous works.
Always fascinating and colorful are the fantasy-sci-fi covers.
The rating for the review would be 4.49 (AE) but since in the last line you expressed (in my opinion) a positive and constructive opinion (kudos to the Editors for highlighting it in bold), the rating becomes 5.51 (AE).
I also take this opportunity to recommend (if you're interested) the excellent book by P.K. Dick "Scrutare nel buio" or "Un Oscuro Scrutare" against drug use.
I owned a nice edition from Ed. Nord that unfortunately I lent to a 'friend' long ago who never returned it, but usually, it's known that if you're not 101% certain something will be returned, you should never lend it out :(.

Good job "raghèzzo" as "Lino Benfi" used to say in his movies, nice review, too bad it's so "short," but you know beautiful things rarely last long...
Review rating 4.49 (AE).
I've heard some things and I must say (write) that they are quite interesting, so I'll jot them down on the long list.

Message (ST) from C57D.
I'm sure you're wondering, "But how, there's a review of mine in Home and this one is commenting on an old one of mine?" and I respond, "I've been listening to this album for a while now, so I'll write what I think."
The album isn't bad, and your 'analysis' is quite accurate; I agree with the comparison to Yes. Of course, if they had 'trimmed down' the longer tracks (in my opinion) it would have been better. Still, even though the music offered has been heard and re-heard, some passages are valid, even if a bit too 'scattered.'
The booklet is very nice and the cover is original, and I believe it given the price I paid for it :(... in the end, it's a decent work but unfortunately not essential. Album rating 3.25 (Analytical Engine), review rating 3.85 (AE).
Now I have to say goodbye; the sensors have detected a planet where we can land, its name is...Arrakis (hmm!, this name is not new to me).
Gradually flowery regards (brv).

Transmission (ST) from C57D.
By a stroke of luck, I managed to find the CD (original and at a good price) of this group (AK 184), and I must say it is valuable and capable of conveying various emotions. Perhaps, in my opinion, it 'loses' a bit of clarity in the final part, but accomplishing all of this in less than 8 hours is almost 'miraculous.'
The cardboard packaging is also valid, although there is no booklet, just brief biographical notes about the musicians. However, the background of the cover is a royal blue; still, I think it is a bit too basic and easily replicable with Rapidographs.
Thanks for the nice proposal, Giona; album rating: 4.99 (periodical) - 'Analytical Engine.'
I also take this opportunity to compliment you (a true prog master along with Jargon and a few others) on your always beautiful (or almost always beautiful...hehe!) 'progressive' reviews. It's just that I don't want to 'comment' on them with the usual combination of 'clichéd phrases,' so if inspiration strikes, great; otherwise... amen!
Now I have to run, I'm part of NCS (space kitchen unit) and I need to peel potatoes and prepare the fruit salad. Bye and see you soon.
Progressive greetings (brv).

Tachyon transmission (ST) from the spaceship C57D + solar sail (with fiberglass rigging).
E-excellent (refined or not, it's up to you) Dr. (and whoever has more, adds more) Wrecker as usual with a typically Wreckerian review (of course). Could I possibly miss your hundredth review? How? Did you think so? Well! I'm here anyway, whether you like it or not (just kidding!).
Fortunately, thanks to the inclusion of a 'moddy' (When Gravity Fails-G. A. Effinger) specially developed for the occasion, I managed to read everything without hesitation.
However, I can’t read among the genres the Viking! Did you forget to include it or is it simply a ‘bounce’ issue of tachyon transmission?
Maybe I would have listened to this disk when I was (occasionally) younger, but now that my ears have undergone a slight curvature (between 1.1 and 2.2 picocm), I don’t think they would be up for such 'metallicness', but then again, you never know... also because, if the themes involve gentle 'damsels', maybe, despite everything (including age) it could interest me. But is it a Heavy Metal D.O.C without G?
The cover is interesting and typically pseudo-medieval, although I've seen better (more) ones.
Unfortunately, finding myself in space, I no longer have the chest and not even the wooden chair; here everything is made of sterile and 'ergonomic' metal. Instead of the (J)acket and tubular Jeans, I could use the metallic 'gravitational' suits (at least they fit the theme).
To better alleviate neck pain, I would recommend Minthi Jhp (100%), that is Japanese volcanic mint oil, but be careful, just a few drops are enough, otherwise, you might risk a 'bodily vaporization'; not coincidentally, the package contains only 10 ml.
Now, however, I must interrupt the transmission because the spaceship is approaching a definitely problematic spherasteroidal field, and if it weren't for the powerful energy field, the meteors violently hitting the ship, we would already be reduced to a space stew.
The review rating was obtained from the average votes of the entire crew, rating 5.1 (without periodic), and of course, it will be 'inserted' only after your confirmation via tachyon transmission.
Cosmic-metallic regards (brv).

Bravo mj64, I was ready to bet that it would be you reviewing this new Marillion album.
The review is well done, but enough with these 'skins' (just joking, okay!), I also agree with your description of the 'ugly' files, the originals are better.
Personally, I didn’t mind "Somewhere Else," and the booklet wasn’t bad either, more so than many others even from "Brave," which (in my opinion) disappointed me. But my favorite from the Hogarth era is... I won’t tell you, maybe I’ll do a review (heh heh!):
From your description, it sounds interesting, but in my opinion, double albums often tend to 'wear out' the listener due to the excessive amount of tracks. That said, Marillion have rarely disappointed me; the cover is decent although it doesn’t seem particularly inspired or able to 'hold up' compared to the others. I’ll let you know too... maybe.
Greetings also to the 'punctilious' oh no! to the 'thorny' paloz!
Marillionic regards (brv).

I didn't mean this when I wrote about Escher; I now understand that you and zaireeka are two different entities. My comment was just a simple holistic reference, since Escher often comes up, but as we know, his works stimulate all of us to some extent.
Furthermore, I’m not 'disengaging' (as you put it) from zaireeka; it's simply because we share some common passions, that's all.
Escherian greetings (brv).

Tachyon message (slow tachyons) from the spaceship C57D.
As I was preparing to install a solar sail in the hope of increasing speed to reach the nearest habitable or potentially terraformable planet, the onboard computer alerted me to your new review.
Masterful are Paolo's abilities to pull more spiders from a hole, 5 points just for mentioning the great Escher and establishing a meta-analysis with the Film (strange how this Escher appears a bit too often!), but also for your capability to analyze, 'dissect' with depth using simple and easily understandable language.
A typical Italian Film with some rather successful comedic scenes, the exact rating is 2.75 (Analytical Engine).
While I'm at it, I recommend the memorable story by T. M. Disch "Descending," which takes place in a department store but with more complex and 'Kafkaesque' twists.
Essentially spatial regards (brv).

Message from the spaceship C-57-D.
This is also a very valid review, well done, fellow teleplayer, and lucky you (autographs included) for being there.
Anyway, here on the Gateway asteroid, it wasn't bad either, despite the endless corridors and conduits filled with superconductors, iso-linear chips, and much more, especially due to the presence of the 'Bubble,' centrally positioned on the asteroid for structural reasons.
The 'Bubble' is made up of 200 million liters of H2O enclosed between 2 concentric spherical force fields, one with a diameter of 100 meters and the other 140.
The fields contain a shell of H2O equal to about one million tons, with a bubble in the middle of 500 thousand cubic meters of air.
A kind of gigantic and spectacular 'pool,' allowed only for those who are skilled swimmers and have no issues with agoraphobia.
Now I had to leave all this behind because of those damned Nanobots, and here on the spaceship, there are only corridors, meditation rooms, and music listening areas, fortunately.
Spallati greetings from space (brv).
