Good review, but a bit lacking in content.
In my opinion, the album is not a masterpiece, but it remains beautiful; certainly, at some points, it is a bit simplistic.
Nevertheless, I prefer it to Misplaced Childhood, which is too polished.

So... the review seems fair to me, just like the album.
As for the album, giving it a 1 seems really harsh; sure, it's not a masterpiece, but it's not terrible either, I listen to it quite willingly.
Expecting masterpieces after twenty years... well, unfortunately, creativity fades over time.
