@[Dragonstar] is right when he says that sending so many reviews of the same artist in such a short time is certainly not a good idea for many reasons (in my opinion, you enjoy it less too, since the comments, necessarily, decrease over time). However, it should be noted that you are sending all reviews on albums not present in the database, and in some way, I believe this should always be rewarded.

When I still listened to Italian pop (until I was about 14/15 years old), Carboni was among the artists I liked. This was actually a good album (with 3/4 tracks a bit too many, indeed), I didn't find such a huge qualitative gap from the previous ones, I won't rate it anyway because I should re-listen to it and I don't even know if I still have it. It must be said that comparing products like this to certain stuff that is now wildly popular in Italy's pop scene can be a bit depressing. You're good at reviewing it because it wasn't in the database.
