I know the game because I read some reviews back in the day, but this genre, starting from Resident Evil downwards, really isn't for me; in fact, it gets on my nerves.

SARDINES WITH FENNEL AND ORANGES: scale the sardines, remove the heads and the central bone, and wash the fillets. Peel the shallots, wash them, and slice them thinly; wash the fennel, gently dry it with a cloth, and break it into small pieces. In a pan, heat the oil and sauté the sliced shallots without letting them color, add the white wine and let it evaporate; place the sardine fillets in a single layer with the skin side up, season with a pinch of salt and pepper, and cook for 2 minutes. Add the orange juice and continue cooking over moderate heat for another 2 minutes. Remove from heat, divide the fillets onto individual plates, drizzle with the cooking sauce, and sprinkle with the broken fennel. The sardines prepared in this way can also be enjoyed warm or cold.

this review is absolutely G-E-N-I-U-S. As for the Village People, I feel a bit embarrassed to admit it, but In The Navy and Go West are two songs that I quite like. Ah, now that I've said it, I feel much lighter :-)
