Jackson musician, Jackson composer, JACKSON HAS WRITTEN SOME OF THE MOST BEAUTIFUL TRACKS EVER HEARD (blasphemy)... damn, but are MJ fans really like that or have they become so from listening to him?! Gosh, I understand personal tastes but to glorify him as a god on Earth and Millennium Artist, one who probably would have preferred to do anything else in life rather than become the elusive king of "pop" (and the various mental imbalances we all know are there to prove it), and who throughout his existence was manipulated like a puppet first by his father and then by record labels, marketing agencies, the star system, Pepsi, Cosa Nostra, and whoever else you can think of, it's just unbelievable!!

Without false pity or moralism, Michael Jackson has always pissed me off, both before and after his death; musically he makes me nauseous, well-written review, score 5.
Blackmore's Night Fires at Midnight

@ Gemini: to start, any of the first three is fine, the next ones, while still great, are slightly inferior. @ Lupin: but that's not true at all, Candice is a beautiful name, it has such a musical sound! :-)

"Castles And Dreams" is yet another demonstration that talent knows no age... I made a monumental mistake: it should be "FIRES AT MIDNIGHT" is yet another demonstration that talent knows no age...
Kenny Ortega Michael Jackson's This Is It

ah, then Obama and the pope have nothing to do with it and are not A, B, or Z-list stars (or at least they shouldn't be), Robertino Guglielmi is perhaps the only decently talented pop singer of the last twenty years and Madonna is just a whore and deserves no other definition than this. Then damn, quoting Jim Morrison in a review of M. Jackson is even more blasphemous than mentioning Mika while talking about Freddie Mercury: would the man in black with the white face ever have been capable of writing anything even vaguely similar to "The End" or "People Are Strange"? And then visionary, creative, avant-garde, but are we absolutely sure that the whole spectacle of his concerts, the videos, the image he has created are all his own doing? I'd say 99.9% not.
