Alright, I may have been a pain in the ass, but if you'll allow me, I'd like to humbly point out that people like Ligabue, J-Ax, and Green Day have at least one review for each of their... oops, I mean album releases, not to mention the 10-15-20 reviews each for piles of pure crap like St. Anger, Death Magnetic, or Vasco's latest. A word to the wise is sufficient.

After a long and troubled introspective journey, I've come to the conclusion that my "great love" for metal was actually just a fleeting infatuation: beautiful, certainly, but nonetheless fleeting because in this genre, I was madly in love with the appearance, the more theatrical side—like the sagas of Rhapsody, the lyrics of Dani Filth, the melodies of Dream Theater, and even at the beginning, the booming rhetoric of Manowar; as for Iron Maiden, I have always preferred albums like "Dance Of Death" and "A Matter Of Life And Death" to the celebrated "Killers" and "The Number Of The Beast," precisely because of the different lyrical depth of the lyrics (which I even enjoyed translating) and the arrangements. Meanwhile, when it comes to the more technical side, the violence, the thrash or death metal, I couldn't care less; which is why I have never given a damn about Slayer, Megadeth, or the early Metallica, not to mention all the black metal...
