Umb, I recommend reading the wonderfully amazing reviews of xfactor and beatiful written by the immense Skeletron if you want to ease your sleep, or better yet, restore your natural regularity. As for Pearl Jam, the only albums of theirs that I really like are Vitalogy and Yield; I found Riot Act to be more boring than lasagna for breakfast, and that deterred me from buying/downloading the subsequent ones, but I don’t think I missed anything special.
