Iron Maiden The Final Frontier

In my opinion, Iron Maiden should have stopped recording new albums after Dance Of Death and AMOLAD, two albums that I find wonderful (especially the first one, which introduced me to this band); at the moment I'm not in the right mood to listen to this new album, we can discuss it calmly later, although I fear a predictable letdown; the cover is really terrible, the worst in the band's entire history.
Iron Maiden Killers
Voto:
It may be a beautiful album, and it's also very well characterized in terms of sound and themes, but I just can't understand why it's considered one of the best (if not the best) albums by the Maiden: all those from Piece of Mind to SSOASS are far superior; okay, Wratchild and Killers are fine, but the various Drifter, Genghis Khan, and Another Life are really nothing special, and let's face it, Di Anno is definitely not comparable to Bruce.
Pearl Jam No Code

I haven't listened to him in ages, but aside from the wonderful "Around The Bend," I remember it as a decidedly pretentious, boring, and confusing album; much, much better is the subsequent "Yield."
