"One of the most beautiful albums in all of music, even though its quality might have been surpassed by other works, trust me, when you listen to (if you haven't already) this Raised On Radio, you will immediately realize that its magic will provide you with emotions that nothing else existing on Earth can evoke."....... speaking seriously anyway: "the cynicism of the massified man" (what the hell would that be!?) "remembrances" (it’s the name of a street near my house), "babbonataliane" (belonging to the old piece of shit servant of Coca-Cola, a neologism that no one needed), "the lobster and the panettone with Grand-Marnier" (are you one among merdusconi, monnezzemolo, and briatroie?) "don't overdo it with the vodka" (thanks, I'll keep that in mind.)

Judging by the cover, it would seem that the dear Celine Dindon has swapped the gift package she holds in her hand for another kind of package.

this is a great album: heavy, incredibly badass, it slaps you from the first to the last note, even though it requires a few listens to be fully appreciated. Much more successful and effective than "Dehumanizer," and in my opinion, the harsh vocals of RJ Dio fit this type of sound perfectly. Besides the already mentioned songs, "Big Sister," "Black," with its almost Rammstein-inspired obsessive rhythm, and the calmer (so to speak...) "Dying In America" are also very valid. "Institutional Man," "Don't Tell The Kids," "Hunter Of The Heart," and "This Is Your Life" are true masterpieces. With albums like this and "Strange Highways," RJD had found a credible and interesting turn in his career, almost reminiscent of his old discoverer R.B. with Blackmore's Night. Too bad he later took a step back...
