Your review is very beautiful and heartfelt, but I honestly just can't digest this album; it's the only one by Dream that I don't like at all. I only save the stunning Disappear; the rest of the songs, even good ones like The Glass Prison, The Great Debate, or Misunderstood, are ruined by excessive length and the urge to overdo it, just like the title track, which is definitely clumsy and "not effective" as a standalone song. Six Degrees shows us a band with too much desire to overdo it, resulting in getting tangled up in itself. Listening to it from start to finish is almost an impossible task; Train Of Thought is much better.
