Stipe, what are you talking about? Depeche clearly inferior to R.E.M. and Nirvana? Have you even listened to SOFAD and Ultra, or did you stop at dancing to the chorus of "Just Can't Get Enough"? I don’t want to compare them to U2; both are two great bands. As for the rest, Achtung Baby is a fundamental album in the last 20 years of music history, no doubt about it. And especially that nostalgia nostalgia canaglia that hits you just when you don’t want it...

Neu, in my opinion, you are wrong to mix the U2 of today with the U2 of yesterday. They have nothing to do with each other, trust me. What do you think, that I don't hate the fact that Bono pays taxes in the Netherlands while preaching peace and goodwill around?
