I appreciate you, Marco. The only flaw in your speech, as with all the commentators, is that you haven’t grasped the greatness of Fabio Ferrari in this film.

Yes, we will miss him. Unlike many of us, at least he has left behind works to remember him by.

Well, the important thing is that one of the people for whom the two sentences were meant has understood them; See you next time, Lavalin! Memorably Yours, Il_Paolo

Thank you, LaRock, for the passionate and rigorous public defense. After all, I write for people like you (but also Lavalin, Muito, Shootin', Mien_mo_man, dr. Adder, Blackdog, Chawanka, Uxo, Iride, Bowman etc.etc.), knowledgeable and passionate when needed, lighthearted and cheerful at other times, never underestimating the fact that Debaser is not life, even though it sometimes reflects it. I owe you one, and you'll see that with my next review – sailing towards Italian rock – I will know how to thank you properly! Gratefully Yours, Il_Paolo PS: Panthera, I agree, and you'll see that soon....

Very beautiful reception even if disheartening and disheartening. I ask you: do you know Kim Fowley? He’s like Todd, but much more irritating.

Beautiful the review and beautiful the story of friendship that resonates in your words.

Never read before. Congratulations, in my opinion it's a great album. Much loved - strangely enough - especially in Italy.

Hi, I won't add anything to your discussion, it seems to me that - by itself - it confirms the purpose of my presence on this site. I just want to correct one thing: I don't have fake accounts. Sincerely yours, Il_Paolo

Dearest, regarding the Hüskers-Sonics debate and other '80s bands, I would like to briefly share my thoughts, considering this to be ā€œminorā€ music, if Duran Duran were the major ones back then. Well – don’t hold it against me, and especially don’t hold it against Muito – I believe the influence of HD can be appreciated more in relation to Nirvana, and, in some respects, the more rock-oriented and less folk REM, as well as all the groups that have variously drowned pop insights in an energetic guitar-driven rock, rather than in references to the great SY, even post-Evol. It is fundamentally a matter of attitude: spontaneous and visceral for the three from Minneapolis, cold, intellectual, and tendentially detached for the four from New York (rightly cited as disciples of the magnificent Glenn Branca). That said, I have never been able to stand the rhythmic flatness and the monotone singing of Mould, the limited sound spectrum, and Hart's high – but weak – voice (while I would have gladly courted Kim Gordon). Framing the issue in terms of attitude, by the way, the affinities between Mats and HD appear disarming. Always Yours, Il_Paolo
