A truly touching review, my compliments. I have never seen this film, but from the way you talk about it, it should be interesting (I'll ask around for advice). From your description, in any case, it reminds me - in terms of inner and spiritual themes - of what is probably my favorite "serious" film, namely "Film Red" by Kieslowski.
