Well, look, I’m a die-hard Bowie fan and I continue, despite everything, to buy anything that gets released. I appreciated the debut of the Thin Machine project, even though it never completely convinced me. Bowie had been in an artistic crisis for a long time, and this period of mental confusion also shows in the T.M. This album you reviewed wraps up this embarrassing chapter without much flourish.
