A polished and packaged piece of crap, cold and plastic (plastic in the negative sense, obviously).
My Bloody Valentine Loveless

An absolute masterpiece of the '90s, immense, I think too many words have been wasted, I’ll just say this.

I need to listen to it better; let’s just say it didn’t grab me right away. Today, since you brought it back to my mind, I’ll dedicate a couple of listens to it, even though I have to admit that the other times I listened to it, it neither made me shout out masterpiece nor disgust me. I need to give it more time.

A great artist, I had already loved him in the Black Keys (I got hooked on "Attack & Release" and then got to know the earlier albums), now I have to listen to him solo.

Punk base with stoner and slow, heavy doom elements. A dish of considerable merit, it seems great.

"II" is, in my opinion, the best of the Puppets and I prefer it to all the others, including the first one in question. I like the review, but I don't agree that the album is really another galaxy compared to "II" (there are still several similarities). Sure, the album is much more "hardcorino," but deep down, there aren't really any substantial differences.
