I listened to the latest from Scuba and it quite annoyed me. I’ve come to the conclusion that Dubstep is largely divided into a huge portion of people making painfully boring stuff and a minority of geniuses (Burial foremost, but also Kode9 and The Bug, who leans more towards dancehall). To be honest, even Shackleton didn’t impress me much. Speaking of dancehall, I’d like to review the nice album by Major Lazer, which I think needs more visibility. The Sight Below really intrigues me, I need to track it down.

@Alexx. No, look, I think there are groups that regularly do anything using Italian. The point is that I really can't think of another group that does something similar even just in English. Actually, yes, listening to "Mi par che per adesso" the only ones that came to mind were the Finley, and that says it all. The point is there just isn't anyone else better doing the genre they do. Let's say that in their mild genre, they are the best. For example, I really don't hear those influences you mention, I think more of silly little groups like Fall Out Boy or worse. I reread the review and it doesn't deserve the 2 from before.

Ah, are you doing the one review for the whole web and treating DeBaser like just any other shabby webzine? :P

At the moment, I don't need it: outside, on the street, there are ongoing works.

"(The important thing is that we like chicks!)" I’m heterosexual, but that still allows me to find this statement a bit politically incorrect.

I've heard these mentioned a lot. I guess that means I'll have to check them out.
