I quote comment number 5. If you don't know "Orpheus," you've really missed something. Shall we say a few words about the magical sound of Mark Isham's trumpet? Wherever he goes, everything becomes extraordinarily delightful...

I didn't see him, disgusted by the way things had been going before. Let's try...

I bet you already like the home page more. ;-) Great job, Grafton. PS. I gave my brother-in-law the CD by Manu Katchè that you recommended, in the spirit of a "selfless gift"... ;-)

All the albums mentioned are very beautiful; I have a slight preference for "Secrets Of The Beehive," but it's a matter of taste. The genre proposed "doesn't break"? Who cares. There is a time to get excited and a time to meditate.

But shouldn’t this be in the ophthalmology section? As for the alleged blockage of shit... If the home page doesn’t seem thrilling to you, the best thing you can do is post reviews about artists you like more... Or not?
Ridley Scott Alien

Beautiful page of comments, compliments, and thanks to everyone. As Bartleboom used to say, "Alien" is such a complex and seminal work that it's impossible to fit it all into a review. I had to leave out some things: the whole digression on the continuous sexual references tied to the anatomy of the monster: the phallic shape of the head, the inverted jaws that resemble an erect member, and so on. Alien as the first feminist science fiction film in history: a hundred thousand people have already said it, so I chose to skip it. Regarding the age-old question of the sequels: in my opinion, it could have been worse; mostly, they are very well-made commercial films (without this being a derogatory term). However, it's clear that if we compare them to the initial masterpiece, they come out in pieces...

@azzo: generally, I agree with you, and anyway, I don’t think it’s enough just to be a pretty little thing to sell millions of records. After all, if the bird gives 5, it doesn’t mean that the brain has to give 1!

Notice to commentators: before posting comments about Kylie, make sure the blood flow is directed to the brain rather than to (ahem...) peripheral areas. Otherwise, you know how it ends: the pea scores 5! ;-)

"The height of poetry next to the height of prose, like in a proportion where one must draw the correspondence between dreams too lofty and a present full of shit." Anyone who writes stuff of this level deserves no less than five.
