Faith No More King for a Day... Fool for a Lifetime

Mike Patton, one of the best talents of the last 30 years. Live, they were fantastic, seen in the late '80s at a Monsters festival where they played first and the headliners were Aerosmith and Whitesnake. No need to say which group impressed me the most, even though I adore Coverdale.

Coverdale's fate is divisive: I fall into the category of those who revere him. In my opinion, the best Purple era is Mark III, and Dave is practically my favorite vocalist. With Whitesnake, there are ups and downs; this and Come and Get It are perhaps the best albums, even though 1987 is perfect in its sleaziness. Great review.

masterpiece. these, in my opinion, are worth the pfm and the banco, of course they came out with a 2-3 year delay and the omelette is served!

I remember him fondly, even though I haven't listened to him in 20 years. Great band, they were on the verge of achieving real success but after this album, they practically disappeared. The mysteries of the music industry.

the real rating is 3.5. I liked it more than dark matter, nicholls has improved, the drummer is good and you don’t miss orford. as for the influence of genesis on this album, I don’t know, it doesn’t seem that predominant to me; it’s more like they’re covering the iq of dark matter who were covering those of ever and, ultimately, of the wake and tales from the lush attic (the debut from '83 and, for me, their masterpiece, even though I also appreciate the more pop albums like nomzamo). in the end, I consider it one of the best inside out products in a long time.

It's impossible for me not to agree: the band of the '90s, not even as derivative as some may believe (sure, Gentle Giant, maybe Yes, but the result is definitely personal in my opinion). I'm still undecided on which is better between this and As the World, and anyway, they later produced something absolutely enjoyable. And I hope they haven't finished amazing us. A true masterpiece!!!

Great review for an artist who hasn't received even a tenth of the recognition he deserved from us. This album gets a 4, but my favorite remains Lonesome Jubilee.

Cleaning lady!!!!
Great find, a hilarious film, the comparison between Steve Martin and Peter Sellers is less blasphemous than it might seem. And not just because of the Pink Panther: personally, I didn't think I could ever appreciate an Inspector Clouseau other than the great Peter, but Steve did it in his own way, without reaching the heights of Sellers but in a believable manner. Rachel Ward was wonderful in this film.

great choice, beautiful review that is almost completely shareable. but who are you, the secret son of Mauro Moroni? jokes aside, long live the mellow.

they are vocally exceptional, they are top-notch musicians and - it's true - if they had been born in Broccolino or Detroit they would have many more chances. not everything that appears on TV is crap, even if in the end X Factor was won by some rotten dogs (not Giusy Ferreri but a terrible male vocal quartet, let’s not even talk about that idiot Becucci). it’s not my favorite genre but I am always fascinated by the incredible blend of these voices, especially the girls who are out of this world.
